Alumni Membership

These privileges apply to alumni who have paid the library membership fee of RM400 which is refundable upon membership termination. This fee is to be paid in cash to the Finance department.

Submit a completed Alumni Library Membership Form to the Loans Counter on Level 1, Library and Learning Commons, along with 1 passport-sized photograph and receipt of payment.

You are then eligible to:

• use the library collections
• seek assistance from library staff to use photocopying and printing services
• borrow 2 books for 14 days from the Open Shelf collection on Levels 2 and 3
• place a Hold
• check your current loans via My loans on the library catalogue
• purchase annual access to selected electronic databases via this online form
