Loan privileges for alumni

These apply to alumni who have paid for annual library membership. Fees are:

• membership: RM50
• refundable deposit: RM400

to be paid in cash at the Finance department.

Print and complete a Monash University Sunway Library and Learning Commons Alumni library membership form available from Forms, requests and bookings page. You are then eligible to:

• use the Monash University Sunway Library and Learning Commons library collections
• seek assistance from library staff
• use photocopying / printing services
• borrow 2 books for 14 days (borrow from the Open Collection on level 2 and 3)
• request material by placing a Hold
• check your current loans via My loans on the library catalogue
• purchase annual access to selected electronic databases via this online form
